First and also my Last Purchase at Power Fashion Town Centre

Very disappointed on customer service at Power Fashion Town Centre bought a sandal on the 29th of November only strap came loose which I just wanted to refund or exchange well my daughter was wearing it once at night time we notice the broken of strap today they refuse to help so now I'm sitting with broken shoes Please people check your product before purchase I'm a loser today!!!
