Complaint

On the 1st of August I wrote;

"I bought shoes at Tembisa plaza Power Fashion Factory on Thursday the 30th of july 2020 to wear them at my boss party on the 31st of july 2020. A hill broke down as I was walking, during the party. I was not impressed at all it was so embarrassing it actually ruined my day at the party couldn't enjoy anymore. The shoes are still new didn't even have 2days but they just broke down on me. So I want to k ow what should happen next? I have the slips and the shoes. Its painful that I bought them for R240 and only worn them once.
