Bad service treated unfair

Good evening I went to power fashion the one in kaalfontein corner today after 3pm.so then it got rained when I was next door shop but there's like a roof that covered the doors of all shops a shed so I went to power fashion inside coming from the next door shop then when I got inside they was a hip of crates there black ones on the left hand side wen you are going inside so I had to use the right side to get inside the shops following the till way so I wanted my daughters tight and some underpants right so I said to my self okay since it's like my daughter doesn't these ones let me check the other ones that are on my right hand side Jesus christ I'm not blind I can see a floor when it's wet since they ddnt have a floor caution sign they used some crates and besides it wasn't me only that side so I had to shift for some ladies since they where done to the place where I wanted to go and have a look out of my daughter's under pants I just did that because I ddnt want to squeeze with them there I respect very much from where I'm coming from so then the floor was dry secondly they was like a mud stain coming from the shoe that was there but it was also dry I very much over protective of my daughter especially on a wet floor even at home she knows that we don't walk on a wet floor we wait till it's dry so when I was going there there was a lady working at power fashion she came from right hand when facing the till but in front of the crates close to the door so wen I was about to touch the pants she shouted at me and my daughter other customers heard her she said can't you see that it's wet there but you are stepping there on top of a wet floor I said first look it's dry here and I ddnt see a wet caution sign sorry but still I want to check those underpants then she saw a stained mud there a small one about 1cm coz she had to bend to see that mud.i kept quiet when I was turning she said look now you even put mud here and I was like cc no no don't start please don't take out your january disease on me because look at my shoes they are dry and where I was standing I had to lift up my leg so that she can see that I'm slipers are not wet at all then I turned around that let me again go and check the panties where I was before coz it will get dark while I'm here and leave in peace then I got busy checking the underpants and tight I'm looking inside the pants busy looking for the ones my daughter wants then in less than a minute the lady was next to me with a mop on my right hand side she said sorry in a disrespectful manner she was shouting I had to hear funny sounds in my ears I got mad then I let her mop I moved to other side she said something very disrespectful with other lady in sepedi which I know wat it means then I looked at them both then I said to lady today you are going to trend you don't fix your attitude it's like you hospot each other then I said to my self let me check under pants for my son at home then the other lady who was busy pilling pants for boys she I took one under pants I know wat I'm doing I'm there to buy right I'm not there to still wen I touch underpants for my son whom I left home this lady said what are you doing now I said I'm checking pants is there a problem she said why are you checking pants here why can't you wait to dry and go that side because this is not pants it's underpants for boys I was like hey lady I know what I'm doing. I kept looking then was confused by my son's size so I had to take one underpant so the ladies kept looking at me from up to down in a way that I even asked my self that maybe I'm smelling is it because I'm poor or what? I may not have given clothes to wear but I bath those to ladies should learn that wen I got to shop they don't chuz for me what to buy or if they see me on jeans they should know that I can love a skirt or anything for that matter I want them to tell me that was I smelling for them? And I want power fashion to take this matter seriously please I even told the first lady that if you come to me with your attitude and I can take out my personal issues on you coz I also have
