Bad service

I webt to the shop they told us to put our belongings on top of the shelf they ddnt put them in the parcel shelf and give us number as usually...wen am done shopping wen i went to the parcel counter my belongings whr ****** in their present.....they ddnt seem to hv that guilty nix they act like every thing its fyn nw my kid doesn't have clothes for Christmas 😭😭dnt knw wht to do ....it happened 23th of December 2024
