Bad customer service

Me and my cousin shopped at Power Fashion in Kroonstad and they misplaced or gave someone else our parcels that we left at the parcel counter when we went to their shop at their store. Then the employees don't want to take responsibility for their negligence. Apparently it has nothing to do with them
