Bad Customer service

I was at power fashion clothing at palmsprings mall when i got there. I wanted to take out my layby and unfortunately I didn't have slips with me so i had the small one to prove that i did the layBy to confirm my details she didn't wanna hear instead she had a bad attitude and she was rude instead of articulate in a good manner and approach me professionally she was loud and rude along with her fellow colleagues i mean she give me an attitude like am so kinda a toddler right in front of my mom and my son and mind due am pregnant i was disappointed and i talked back because i was ready to fight her

When i came to do layby i notice her that she's kinda to each an every customer i left the stores without my layby i needed that onesie for son since its winter and a dress for my mom since mother's day its approaching she literally ruined my day and i don' t know if i can be assisted
