Very poor customer service

I stood on a line to pay for goods for about an hour. There where more than 7 customers on the line and only 1 cashier was working not forgetting how slow she was. She didn't show any sense of urgency at all. The store was full of staff members who was going up and down but not helping us. The manager came to the front and app**** her lip stick she was not even interested in the situation
