Delay on delivery

On 22 June 2021 I brought slaps at power concrete slaps, and I they haven't been delivered and they promised to deliver 7-10 days, now they don't communicate they telling me stories and today I've send them an email but they are not answering. I want a refund am frustrated I can't get hold of them.
