******* and ****s - A Warning to All

Power-Co Company is a complete joke, and they are nothing more than a bunch of *******. From the moment I first contacted them, it was clear that dishonesty is a core part of their business model. Their customer service representative was a master of manipulation, seemingly trained to lie with a smile. Every question I asked was met with a carefully crafted falsehood, designed to mislead me and gloss over their shady practices.

This deceptive behavior wasn't limited to the office staff. The installers were just as bad. They caused significant damage to my roof and ceiling during the installation process, and their solution was to use a tube of silicone to "fix" it. This pathetic attempt at a repair shows a complete lack of professionalism and a blatant disregard for a customer's property. It's a miracle they were even allowed on a job site.

Now that the job is "done" and the damage is evident, they have gone completely silent. They have ignored every single one of my calls and attempts to get in touch. It is clear they have no intention of taking responsibility for the damage they caused or making things right. This company is a ****, plain and simple. Do not trust them with your money or your home.
