POWER-CO COMPANY SOLAR AND ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS "A NO GO ZONE!"

I have spent close to R60k with this company for solar installations. At first, they gave us the dead gel batteries and it took close to 4 months to replace them. We just discovered that they have messed up the wiring. As we speak right now, we're unable to get the COP for insurance purposes. The master electrician pointed out that the panels are not earthed, there's no fuse box, all the plugs in the house are not earthed and that the distribution box is not labelled. until that is fixed, I won't be able to obtain the COP. I have been in contact with them several times asking them to come and fix these problems, but nothing is happening. Instead, the owner is not even interested to do anything. I tried to show them the dangers of this problem, but they can't be bothered. should anything happen to our properties the insurance will not cover the damages. it is very costly to fix this mess and they should take responsibility since the created this mess/problem and were paid in full.
