Damaged wall by hardware driver

I brought building material at power build hard ware in kagiso mall west rand in April. When they delivered one of their drivers numbed my wall. I complained to the store they promised to fix it, they have been taking me from pillar to post since April till to date August. I spent well over R150000 on building material but they refuse to fix a which they have the material. I even told them im willing to meet them half way if they give me material I'll pay for the builder because now the whole wall needs to go down and they start fresh, but they still making me a full, everytjme i reach out they say they will get back to me.
