I've had the Power Africa solar installation now for just over 12 months. The initial couple of months was a settling in period to get used to the system and the requirements of the property. This was completed by the Power Africa staff to our satisfaction. Over the next few months minor irritations did occur but we're soon rectified telephonically by Power Africa staff. Currently the system is operating well meeting the two criteria points that were initially to be addressed. These being sustained power during load shedding and reduced power costs from the Jhb municipality. Power Africa management and staff have been helpful and attentive to my needs
