Unhappy Solar Customer

We chose Power Africa out of 4 other quotes due to the fact that they asked all the right questions about exactly what we need to go OFF THE GRID. Unfortunately after their installation we are still unable to go off the grid, in fact, we only have power until the middle of the night, then the system goes back to Eskom. We paid a huge amount of money to be off the grid and not be dependant on Eskom anymore. We would really like Power Africa to ensure that what they promised us and what we paid for happens. But after uncountable amounts of requests, demands and requests - we are being ignored.
