Power Africa Solar Installer Warning

Do not trust this company at all. Their modus operandi is to advertise on reputable platforms like Kyknet and radio RSG. They promise 24/7 service and fantastic guarantees. Nothing of this however materialise after your payment. My complete system failed after 2 days and NO attempt to rectify the situation was made by Power Africa. There was no response to numerous phone calls and letters of complaint to the company. An independent installer eventually removed the faulty inverter for repairs after 2 months. Power Africa’s manager Gert van Tonder then phoned me and threatened that they will not deliver the repaired inverter if I do not remove my negative HelloPeter review first. In desperation their total substandard and faulty installation had to be rectified by a reputable installer at great additional cost. Stay well away!
