Power Africa I need a proper guarantee

Installed a solar system by using Power Africa based in Pretoria after watching "Die Groot Ontbyt" on Mnet where Francois Botha was a guest...pre recorded advert perhaps.Also heard Power Africa's advert on Radio Jacaranda.A sales agent visited me and sold a package to me with wonderful proposals and guarantees promised.A depisito was needed to secure the equipment.A installation appointment was secured based on that.The installation team arrived more than an hour late but completed the job on the same day.On departure the leader requested proof of final payment of the installation without a COC,an airfryer as a gift,the guarantee of the installation op paper and guidelines with pass words ext of the ****le in the system. Futher investigation reveal that JA solar panels t were installed and not Canadian whitch has a 25 year guarentee(google indicates a 12 year guarantee for JA solar panels) and the battery was not a Shoto but a Volta...A number of calls to the sales agent and Power Africa itself to sort out the promises and guarantee were made.A guarantee was received but with no section regarding the free maintenance as mentioned by the agent.I also spoke to a Gert a number of times and pointed out to him my concerns...JA solar panels guarantee,free maintenance section and recently also the battery issue of Volta and not Shoto.I received a separate letter with the maintenance part in in but it wasn't signed.Again I responded and asked that my email with the guarantee concerns be forwarded to Francois Botha and or a Mr vd. Merwe the owner of Power Africa apparently to address my concerns.Sadly two weeks have passed with no response.It was forwarded to Justine with the request to pass it on to people I hope can sort my issue out.The system works fine I think but the transaction is not complete without a proper guarantee based on the promises and what was installed.
