Power Africa dies not uphold their promises and guarantee

We were visited by Jacques a rep for Power Africa end of April. The sun and the moon was promised. We accepted the quote, paid over R120 000,00. Beginning of May 2024 solar was installed. We have had no loadshedding,but our area's power did go of a few times. We, like everyone around us who don't have solar, sat in the dark. One night the battery kept for 2 hours. The time after that not even 1 hour. That is during the night when everyone is asleep. Everytime we phone Jacques. His standard response "I don't understand it. Nobody else have that problem (with that battery). We have a Daya battery, described as very rugged, can handle pressure. Not ours, it can't. They came and "serviced" the battery,brought it back. No improvement. About 3%4 people came. The last one said there is fault, take it back. Today marks 21 days without our battery,we have one on loan. This afternoon the power went of again. What did we do? Ran around,putting EVERYTHING OFF. Only the fibrer router is on. Nothing else. So it is bread for supper tonight. It looks like I am blocked from their Facebook page as well, because I left a message there a few weeks ago. Our electricity usage is at an all time high. R2100,00 that I must pay end of September.
