Nothing comes from Solar Africa's promised afterservice

We saw on a tv program that Solar Africa advertises their services.We decided to use them to install solar panels for us.We already had two inverters,so they only had to do the panels.According to them they do monthly inspections and after sale service.We had the solar panels etc done in Nov 2023.Eversince then when my husband calls them,they don't answer his calls.We never heard from them again.My husband spoke to the guy that gave us the COC certificate,when he answered once,end of Nov 2023..to let them know that their system is not working as it should.They send someone to come change some stuff,but after that we never heard of them again.Their afterservice really is not up to standard.No one calls to find out if things are working like they should.Odd that they advertise everywhere but are apparently to busy for afterservice.Their office also do not respond to emails.Really not such a good company to get your solar system through.
