Beware! Terrible service!

We responded to an adverti*****t on Radio Jacaranda, and when Power Africa contacted us, everything seemed promising. The sales people were good, they promised great aftersales service and guarantees, and we signed the deal. We indicated to the sales people where we wanted the system installed. On the day of installation, the subcontracted installer, Premium Electrical, installed it in our living room instead. Due to the noise the system makes, we contacted Power Africa to relocate the system to where we initially wanted it. We received no response after numerous phone calls and a letter to the company. It is now 3.5 months later, the system still hasn’t been moved, and Power Africa is still ignoring us.
