Service delivery is abysmal

This company is used for DSTV installations in George. Our decoder was scheduled to be installed on 3 February 2023 and nobody turned up. Just to phone them and be informed that they don't have any stock. Then I was informed via SMS that the installation will take place on 10 February 2023 before 5 pm. Needless to say, they again didn't turn up. When you phone the company, their phones don't even work properly. And again I was informed there is no stock. It costs nothing to just pick up a phone and inform clients!
