Bad attitude and Unwilling to help

Mr. Kawero was involved in an accident on the 19th Of January when Mr. Smith pulled his vehicle out of the work parking area in Francis Baard street in Pretoria CBD. Mr. Kawero had right of way. Although he tried to apply brakes he collided with Mr. Smith. Metro looked at the CCTV footage of the accident and a case was opened. Mr. SMith apologized and said that he would fix Mr.Kawero's car. <br> The broker agent, Rolanda, from Pote Fourie, has been unwilling to help Mr. Kawero and stonewalls every attempt to get the name of the insurance company where Mr. SMith is insured. She also did not want to divulge her own name and surname and company name after numerous attempts to gain such info. The only reply she gives myself (Mr. Kawero's employer) and him is that \he must be patient\". To date, he has not received any contact from the insurance company to have his Mercedes fixed. I find her attitude unnecessary and rude. Furthermore, Mr. Kawero is in a dangerous line of work and cannot afford to have impaired concentration. He is currently feeling traumatized by this event and I feel that if Rolanda was willing to cooperate, this matter could be resolved much faster. "
