Terrible experience!! Izell, one of the agents, had an extremely bad attitude and didn't want to give me assistance at all. Sita 16, where I stayed, were run-down and dirty. The staff that work at Potch Studente Behuising, are really unprofessional and rude. It is a pity, because the owner is actually a nice guy. Unfortunately his staff is giving the business a bad name. Would not recommend at all!
