Worst Rental Agency Ever

I have been getting bad service from the company right from the start of my contract with them. Everything from incorrect amounts stated on contracts right to invoices being sent with differing amounts in 1 month. When I call or go to the offices, people have either stopped working there or the rude front desk lady who seems to have a bone to pick with any young black person who walks through the door gives me a hard time. I would never ever advice anyone to utilise their services no matter how stranded, not even my worst enemy. That whole place needs to just be banned from renting out property.
