I have been looking for accommodation since September, the agents have been taking me back and forth. Kelsey, Fur-Elize and the other lady who refuse to give her name. The third lady set an appointment for viewing for 10 Nov at 13:00 and called at 12:25 to cancel that apparently she’s leaving the agency and later on claimed the car they use is away with Kelsey( the agent I text on 12 September and only started texting on Monday) mind you this is after the apartment I wanted has been taken by someone else all because they work so poorly. When I sent my complaint I was told this is the best they can do, they’re too busy at this time of the year, I should wait for months till I have no place to stay next year.
