Bad Feedback and false promised words

Never trust these agents. What they say and what they do are different. Lady gave me cer*****y that after people before us withdraw their application we were next in line. I was so happy. Waiting almost a week what should have taken only 3 work days to do our application I CONTACTED THEM they never informed me that they gave the withdraw clients access again. They don't inform you of anything they do not answer their phones or emails.
