Heartless company- doesnt pay wages

I joined in June 2016 and to date its been a nightmare getting payment. Did 3 isidingo scenes and 1 ad and sent numerous emails, called and get no response. Lailani the owner does not reply to a SINGLE email. I dont know how do they do admin. When you call they cannot give you answers only excuses. They have so many complaints its very surprising its still has no one standing up to the ******* labour ettiquette they ********. Plus sadly they make sure you do not have security for your side. The contract is kept by them. They claim they do eft but you hear people go fetch their money in cash. Theres no escalation or empathy from them. They very quick to call you for work even pressure you to come then they do not deliver the 3 month payment turn around time. They also send auditions to you that have incorrect details such as age, time of audition, and other requirements. So then you go there and waste your time. Her assistant Kena is also poor in service and its upsetting that once you complain they stopped sending work and altogether ignore you yet you have paid for the registration of R500 plus shoot. The fee you will get for the gig is also a confusion nothing is written in black in white and you hear that others get a different rate to you so you cant prove. No one returns calls and lailani just want to alert everyone to be aware of posture models.
