Extremely terrible Human Resources S****s

I am currently not impressed with the service I am receiving from Posture Models' agent and owner Laylan. The first time I had to collect my payment from their offices she was very rude. I had made an appointment five days in advance that I was going to go and collect the money but when I got there Laylan had some story that she had no money because she pays with the money received for new registrations and photo shoots that were taking place that very same day. Apparently she had already paid the other people who are also signed up with the agency. There were a number of us who still had to get paid and as a result she asked that we note down our banking details and she promised that she was going to transfer the money to our accounts the following Monday and she did not. I had to go to the office that Monday and demand my money until she agreed to transfer it.

The above took place last month, September 2016, and I am afraid I am experiencing the same problem again this month. I submitted my time sheet on Monday the 3rd of October 2016, reciecved a phone call from their office in less than 5 minutes from a lady by the name of Dimakatso. Dimakatso had phoned to confirm my banking details as I had not included them in my e-mail and I asked her use the one I had provided on the appication form.

The next day I had to call their office again to confirm if they had managed to retrieve my bank details and if my request was processed seeing as there was no SMS notification from the bank and Dimakatso again told me that she had forwarded the e-mail to Laylan and that she was busy at that time with the transfers but I still did not get paid. Called Again on yesterday and asked to talk to Kena or Laylan and they were both not in the office. So I asked Dimakatso what was the delay ahd she said she was not sure and she still swore that she had forwarded my e-mail with the bank details included on Monday to Laylan and she even offered to forward me the e-mail but I believed her so I said it was unnecessary.

It is 3 days later on a Thursday the 6th of October 2016 and I am still not paid and there's no word, explaination or anything from Laylan, Kena, Dimakatso or anyone for that matter. I sent another e-mail today and now I am just simply being ignored. Due to all of this I felt the need to complain here on Hello Peter because I really do not know what to do any more and I am trying so hard to not take the law into my own hands - I feel really violated and helpless. I get the perception that either Laylan does not take her clients seriously, struggles to deal with the finances of her business or she struggles with something even deeper.
