5 weeks after ordering (instead of the promised 5 days!) the cushion actually arrived. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the promises. 1. The pillow I received was considerably smaller than the advertising photos suggest, actually 20 x 40 cm. 2. the pillow I received is not identical to the photo in the order, the division of the individual chambers is different 3. the pillow is anything but comfortable 4. the pillow is unusable for me because the microbeads make a noise when i move my head when lying on it, which wakes me up several times during the night. I wrote the same day and made use of my 45-day right of return for the above reasons. First I got the message that I should send a photo of the packaging, which I did immediately. A few days later I received a message that I should take a photo of the product, which I also did. Next, they wrote to me a total of 3 times, saying that there was no photo in my mail and that I should send photos. This was despite the fact that my photos were still attached to their reply email. In the end, I sent them a total of 12 photos and countless emails - and haven't heard anything since.
