Shocking customer service and pathetic delivery. I purchased one of their products advertised promising delivery within 2 weeks. Parcel has now been sitting with the local courier company BUFFALO EXPRESS / LOGISTICS) who are the most useless company in the market.. its now 20 December and there is still NO movement or updates... You need to get this resolved...

I will NEVER use or suggest your company again.
