RIPOFF ALERT

So I get my pillow that I purchased. I suffer so much and believed this pillow would solve my aches. The package arrived and in it was a pillow the size of a newborn's pillow. I can't fit a cheek on the pillow never mind my head. Please don't waste your time with them. When I complained they said SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE. I am out of pocket with nothing?
