POSTUR.CO.UK IS *****ING PEOPLE'S MONEY

I bought 2 pillows from postur.co.uk in April they arrived in May just to find that they where both damaged on the seams. I contacted them for a refund as the build quality was horrible around the stitching. I send on their request a video of the damaged are..... Until today after around 10 emails back and forth I have still not recieved my refund....
