Postur ZA is a ****ming Chinese company

Guys, pls pls pls don't buy anything from this Chinese company. I bought a pair of ergonomic shoes from them a few weeks ago, they sent the wrong size and the shoes was not at all as pictured. When I requested a refund as per their 45 day money back guarantee, they told me to save me the hassle of returning the product they will offer me a 35% refund which they advised has been processed. After not receiving the refund more than 2 weeks later I emailed them and they now requested proof of the package I received even after I sent them my order number and pictures of the shoes and all the other info they have. Now they are blatantly ignoring my emails, no response, nothing. They operate like the company WISH from China, their products are **** and bad quality. Please do not buy anything from them, you will receive ******* for your money and the refund and money back guarantee is ****, its a lie. Their website should be banned and closed down.
