Postur promise is pretty poor

There are three significant issues with buying from this organisation: 1. The product that I purchased is not suitable for the intended use. I purchased a Intelligent Vibrating Posture Trainer. The straps are so small that they cut into the armpits and cut off circulation. I am an 85kg weakling with spindly arms, so I cannot imagine who this product would fit.

2. They do not declare what country they operate from, nor do they indicate where the goods will be shipped from. (If this information does exist on the web site then it is not readily accessible - I went back and looked and could still not find it). I discovered too late that although I was accessing a South African .co.za site, they have no local presence in South Africa. I also discovered too late that the products are shipped directly from China. The real impact is that they cannot be held to the consumer protection laws of the country as they do not effectively operate in South Africa. 3. The returns policy states that return postage is not included in the money-back guarantee. This seems reasonable on face value. What it does not say is that you will have to return the product to China. Th cost of such a return is significant in relation to the cost of the product, making the money back guarantee effectively null and void. In my case I stood to recover only 20% of the original cost after paying the cost of return postage.

I am sorry to say but this organisation has **** written all over it. Don't fall for it.
