Bought shoes from them, after ordering there was a comment at bottom asking if I wanted a second pair at a big discount or not, the 2 words were so close together that I accidentally pressed the discount one, they immediately put the order in - who would want 2 pair of shoes exactly the same COLOUR, they didn't even give an option. I immediately emailed them to cancel the 2nd pair, they said its to late that the order had already gone thru! I sent many emails to them and they to me. Eventually I received the 1st pair that I ordered they are very shoddily made - NOW on their website they say that if I am not happy they will refund and as a bonus, I don't even have to return the item! After many emails to them and they to me, they refuse to refund me! They say I must return item to CHINA at my own expense- remember they say they are a South African company. In one email I asked which country they were sending the emails from and they said SWITZERLAND! They are still advertising products for sale under different countries names. Today I receive an email from them saying my 45 days of being able to return item is up (which I knew they would do) I am getting my lawyer involved in this! PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (POSTUR SA, PISTUR UK the list goes on, they falsely say they are from the country you are in). They are ****ming everyone!
