Poor service

I tried to order a knee massager from Postur on their website. There was no confirmation that the order was successful, so I tried again twice. In the end I received not one, not 3, but 8 machines. When I tried to return 7, they were unhelpful in issuing me with an authorization number and instructions on how to return goods, despite numerous emails. There is also no answer from their phone. While I am happy with the product, I am unhappy with their service.
