Horrible service. DO NOT USE

Absolutely horrible service. Their chosen courier service claims to have delivered a parcel - they did not. The courier company - Buffalo Couriers, never use - doesn't answer emails or calls and when I tried escalating it to Postur their answer was basically, our records show it was delivered, not our problem. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from them, their promise of 100% satisfaction is a lie because they can't even keep the promise of actually getting the product to you. Will never buy from them again.
