Don't buy from them!

Postur's behavior appears to involve dishonest practices, including accepting payments for orders they fail to fulfill and ignoring customer inquiries. I placed an order with them in July 2022 and attempted to follow up on my purchase, but received no response. Only after resorting to social media to voice my concerns did I receive a reply, a whole year later, requesting my order details, which I promptly provided. However, they claimed they couldn't trace my order.

To compound the issue, they now refer to a clause with a past deadline, effectively cutting off any further communication regarding the matter. As a result, they have taken my money, and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. I strongly advise against making purchases from them!
