Missing package

I bought an iPhone last year October 2024 at s****en I couriered it with postnoord n we insured it that side the package flew was on its way till today I ddnt receive any package it’s been month since from November till today we have all the proof they needed even today we get help from them I have been sending emails doing follow up still nothing
