Service delivery above what we expect

Dear Sir/Madam

People are always willing to complain about lack of service, but how many times do they compliment when things are done above and beyond.

Thank you PostNet Linkhills your branch in Waterfall Kzn, were very helpful towards my mom and the parcel arrived in Boksburg ahead of time and at a better price than was originally quoted.

We need to acknowledge the good more often than the bad and this will surely motivate more companies to follow suit.
