Bad service at post net you cannot trust them with youre valuables

Post Net very careless very bad service.

My friends posted a very expensive bottle oil and cookies for me ..after they bubble wrapped it 3 3 times placed it in polystyrene in a very nice packed white box asked post net to post it to me ...they asked for fragile stickers in store on each side of box paid for everything and posted it to.me from post net VAN DER HOFF in pretoria to me at post net here in Scottburgh ...they phoned me from post net hub explained tht the package broke and oil came out but told me the cookies is ok .So how did they know only by opening my package they could know and how unprofesional tht post net opened my package ..when I collected the box and I have video proof tht the box is brown had no polystyrene and not 1 fragile sticker on ..they opened it and changed the box....the oil bottle my friends sent whas not even in the box....today my friend s said they want post net to replace it but post nets owner replys he wont because our package isnt good enough ....but our package whas they just changed it along the way into.other packaging and refuse to own up and pay .....the cookies tht arived looked like it came out of the tumble dryer smashed up.... Something terrible must have happened to it ... I really wish to state on this review tht postnets bad service really is one thing but them.opening our package and changing our boxes with items missing and then telling us our package isnt good enough to shift the blame after they put it in a brown lesse r good package after they broke our stuff is just disgusting...post net really disapointed badly .... The extent of the lie discusses me so much I will really sugest to anyone who is thinking about sending valuables through post net to rather think twice.....I will post this over the internet a thousand times until they fix their mistake and appoligise for lying after breaking our package and puting it in a bad package..
