Postnet

Arranged a parcel to be sent from Postnet Gardens on Sunday 16th August 2026 ( I know Sunday does not count as a working day ). According to tracking, parcel was collected from Gardens & received at Cape Town branch on the 17th at 16.06pm ( took nearly a whole day ). Then sent to Stellenbosch & departed there on Tuesday 18th at 01.20 am. I went to the Sunridge Park branch this morning 19th to check & at first they tell me it's still in Stellenbosch & then when they called the boss, she said no, it was on it's way. I enquired why it was taking 3 days to get to Port Elizabeth & she said they would try track it for me & let me know. Miracle but 5 minutes later I went on line to track it & I see it arrived in Port Elizabeth at 10.45am but is still sitting at the distribution centre & has not been scanned out for delivery. Still waiting for them to phone me back.
