TERRIBLE SERVICE & ATTITUDE

Today at 10am I walked into Postnet Sunning hill Village to send a package, at the front desk I found a lady (Thandi), who blatantly ignored me and continued processing something - She did not even greet me or ask me to wait, she just continued and i walked out. A few minutes later I came back and was assisted by Mokgadi. @Postnet and @Thandi, your attitude is horrible and makes a mockery of the POSTNET Brand.
