POSTNET STONERIDGE ( RUDE OWNER)

I had a very bad experience by the guy called Isaac Ramalotja, on the 4th of September I used POSTNET STONERIGDE IN GREENSTONE, I couriered my parcel to cape town on the 09th of September Cape Town called to say the car was hijacked with my parcel I went to report back to postnet stonerigde since i insured my parcel I gave them all the slips to claim, a guy called Isaac who is the owner according to him called and said they will pay 2500, I insured with 6000 including the money i used for courier, when I was trying to understand how is that when my parcel is more than that the guy started to be rude and spoke over me, the employees of postnet ( the manager) explained to the guy that my parcel is more than that and sent all the slips thats when he called back as he dropped the call while I was trying to explain, he said he got the other slips therefore will pay accordingly and he wont pay the money i used to courier he further said I must not use his shop again, the guy was so rude and his employees said thats why he treats people and he always gets away with it he called me with ***, I think something must be done with this guy, if he treats customers like this how much more to his employees , the manager even wanted to pay me the remaining out of her pocket because they scared of this guy.
