Stellenbosch Postnet unable to copy and replicate waybill.

The shop assistant, Ambrose, was shown a copy of a previous waybill to make another waybill - exactly the same, to a home address. It defies logic and belief how a previous waybill cannot be copied, same address, same person, same contact detail. Ambrose for some reason, could not find the location, even though it was on the previous waybill, and went ahead to book the document to the nearest Postnet, forcing my client to have to travel to a counter.
