WORST COURIER SERVICE: POSTNET STANGER

Postnet Stanger offers the worst service possible. I would not recommend using their service EVER! A package of mine was being sent from the Stanger branch on the 7th July. Unfortunately it never arrived, due to the unrest situation. Weeks later after going back and forth , I was informed it was looted and an insurance claim would be paid out. I submitted my invoices and all required documentations. To date no joy, exactly how long does this refund take? I am sitting with a broken vehicle as my car parts were looted, every time you enquire, service is slacking and really a terrible experience. I understand this is unforeseen but what happens now, must I write off the amount I spent on the vehicle part because they are not competent enough to refund me or tell me when a refund will be given. I will NEVER USE THIS COURIER COMPANY ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH, no joy almost 3 months later. I wonder if I owed them money would they write it off?
