PostNet Somerset Mall Shop 1B Melcksloot

I've shared this story with HelloPeter before because this incidence was February 2021 already and nothing from PostNet Somerset Mall Shop 1B Melcksloot has been done to solve the problem. PostNet sent a Parcel with Aramax to Kempton Park. It was a Laptop. I've made sure to take insurance on the parcel because I can not afford to loose money. PostNet said that they delivered the Laptop but the Client Maria Snyman said she never received it. Postnet showed me after a while a signature that was done in red ink and looked like a child's handwriting saying that was the person who received it. I told them it was never delivered - they send me a picture of the place they delivered and I showed them that according to Google Map that was the wrong place they delivered. They could not provide any other evidence like and ID number or even a photo like most other Couriers do - there reason was - because of Covid 19. I lost over R7000 and they just ignore all my emails. The lady I've sent the Laptop to also ignore me because she said that I am lying to her and just wanted to get her money.
