Bad service! Inconsiderate staff!

I received a notification that my parcel had been delivered and asked my wife to go and pick it up after I phoned to ask if she can do so upon providing a copy of my ID. She was told the parcel is at the Somerset West branch. I got here, for them to tell me they haven't received it any parcels. So the helpful lady followed up and confirmed the parcel is after all at the Somerset Mall branch. 5 mins before their closing time, they don't pick up their phone which I still would have been able to collect my parcel.
