Terrible service

I sent a parcel overnight to Somerset west mall on Tuesday 28 December. I explained that the parcel was urgent and contained cheese for overseas visitors. The lady confirmed that delivery would be done at the latest on Thursday 30 December. I phoned the Scottburgh branch 7 times, but no answer. I phoned the Somerset West branch and they confirmed that the parcel was only shipped today, 30 December. I paid a premium for overnight shipping. ***
