Package was ******! No attempt at recovery!

I sent a package to my father in Mthatha. When he went to pick it up, he was told it was picked up by someone else already! Feeling incredulous that this package was simply given away without any verification of identity. Very disappointed with PostNet. You’ve lost a formerly happy customer.
