Postne Rustenburg Square gives horrible services

A parcel was supposed to be delivered within 72 hours from but it wasnt. We tracked the website and realised that it was handed over to Aramex. Aramex was called and didn't assist us but promised us it will be delivered in 7 days. Ridiculous!!! Postnet was called to sort out the issue and promised us delivery immediately but still nothing was delivered. Not delivering this parcel costed us thousands of rands of which it was communicated with the manager of the Postnet who seemed to understand. To say we are disappointed is an overstatement. Save yourselves and don't ever use their services. If possible I was gonna give them 0 star that 1 star is just nje because I have no choice.
