Very Rude Manager at Raslouw Postnet next to Raslouw Hosptal.

This morning, I went to PostNet, where I usually visit almost every month to print a large number of documents. The employee who typically assists me always provides a USB so I can save my folders, and he then handles the printing for me. I've never had any issues with this process since I started doing it in April this year.

Today, I went in to follow the same routine. After placing my laptop on the counter, I noticed a lady there. I informed her that I was there to print and politely requested a USB to save my documents. She pointed to a number on the counter, indicating that I should send the documents via WhatsApp instead. I tried to explain that I had a lot of documents and was usually given a USB to save them, but she abruptly told me to leave if I dont want to do what she is asking me do I must leave she pointed at door telling me that I need to leave.

She said some hurtful things and insisted that I leave the store. Just as I was about to leave, the usual employee, who is always assisting me and fami**** with the process, just came and handed me the USB. Despite this, the manager was so rude that I ended up in tears, wondering what I had done to deserve such treatment. Although the other employees apologized, I have decided that I will never set foot in that PostNet again. It's especially disappointing because I once met the owner, who was very nice, and I was shocked to be treated so poorly by their manager.
